I would like to help you to find physical and mental balance through imparting a healthy and individual alignment and sharing my therapeutic knowledge of anatomy and spirituality with you.
My classes are physically challenging with a focus on biomechanical alignment principals combined with flowy vinyasa elements on some smooth modern beats.
Every class has a specific topic where all the asanas are individually adapted.
Your movement, breath and spirit will melt to a unity so you will find your balance on and off the mat.
